Prior to starting McGowan Legal, John was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Court of Common Pleas, a Hearing Officer and Solicitor for the Allegheny County Health Department, and an Associate Attorney for national law firm where he practiced civil defense.
John is a native of Pittsburgh and attended Central Catholic High School. He is a 2017 graduate of Wake Forest University and a 2021 graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law. He is admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
